To get there, follow the signs that say BUS/SHUTTLE CENTER or ask an airport employee where to go.
The BUS/SHUTTLE CENTER is located between the O’Hare Hilton Hotel and a large, outdoor parking garage. One Spot Shuttle Bus will be located between doors 2 & 3 at the Bus & Shuttle Center.
INTERNATIONAL PICK UPS (TERMINAL 5) occur at 5E on the ARRIVAL level.
